| dc.description.abstract | 본 연구는 상담수련생의 심리상담사 직업에 대한 주관성을 유형화하고, 도출된 유형에 대한 특성을 파악하였다. Q 분류는 문헌조사와 사전 면담을 통해 총 250개 모집단을 구성, 33개의 진술문을 도출하고 의도적 표집방법으로 P 표본 29명을 선정하였다. 수집된 자료는 Quanal Program을 통해 Q 요인을 분석하였다. 1유형은 자기 삶의 방식에 맞게 일의 영역을 추구하는 데 의미를 부여하는 ‘자율과 안정 추구형’이다. 2유형은 심리상담가로서 명성과 성취적인 측면에 중점을 두는 ‘명성과 성취 추구형’이며 3유형은 내담자의 삶에 영향을 주는 심리상담사 특성에 중점을 두는 ‘권력과 영향력 추구형’, 4유형은 전문성을 가지고 개인적 성장과 사회적 기여를 통해 인정받고자 하는 ‘전문성과 인정 추구형’이다. 상담수련생들이 심리상담사라는 직업의 가치를 이해하고 대학원 교육과정에서 심리상담 과목 설정 및 상담윤리에 대한 근거 자료이며 상담기관에서 수련 과정 프로그램의 발전을 위한 기초자료로 활용할 수 있다. | - |
