| dc.description.abstract | 본 연구에서는 0-5세 자녀를 둔 부모, 어린이집교사, 유치원교사, 어린이집 원장, 유치원 원장, 교수자, 정책관련인의 유보통합에 대한 인식을 알아보고 유보통합에 대한 주관성과 그 특성을 발견하여 유보통합을 실질적으로 실천함에 공공성 강화와 환경과 제도, 체계적인 방안 마련에 기여하고자 한다. 이를 위하여 2023년 3월 8일부터 4월 15일까지 총 39일간 문헌분석, 반구조화된 설문조사, 심층 인터뷰를 통해 총 127개의 진술문을 도출하였으며, 0-5세 부모, 어린이집교사, 유치원교사, 어린이집 원장, 유치원 원장, 교수자, 정책관련인 34명을 P 표본으로 선정하여 Q 분류를 실시하였다. QUANL Program을 활용하여 수집된 자료를 분석하였다. 연구 결과 유보통합에 대한 유형은 4개 유형으로 분류되었다. 유형 1은‘긍정적 효과를 예상하는 통합 지지형’, 유형 2는‘의견통합의 어려움을 걱정하는 일원화 우려형’, 유형 3은‘제도보다는 아동을 중요시하는 아동중심형’, 유형 4는‘실현가능한 계획을 중요시하는 계획중시형’으로 나타났다. 본 연구 결과를 통해 유보통합에 대한 인식에 초점을 맞추어 주관적 인식구조를 분류하여 확인하였으며, 2025년부터 시행 예정인 유보통합에 대한 계획 및 추진을 진행하는데, 기초자료로 활용되기를 기대한다. | - |
