- Abstract
- The paper discusses the possibilities of radio frequency identification technology for identification objects in defined space and thus determine customer's behavior. This paper aims to analyze current methods of detecting movement and behavior of customer in the store area and to achieve the greatest automation possible with more accurate, faster processes of increased quality. The proposed system will collect a large amount of operational data, one of the objectives will also be to transform this data into information and extract the greatest possible amount of knowledge. The experiments described in this paper demonstrate feasibility and possibility of solution enabling tracking of objects in a given area.
