| dc.description.abstract | 이 연구는 자기결정성 동기이론(Self-Determination Theory)에 기초하여 특성화고등학교 학생의 학교선택 동기를 자율성 정도에 따라 구분하고, 이러한 동기와 진로신념, 지각된 사회적 지지가 진로준비행동에 어떤 영향을 미치는지를 탐색하고자 하였다. 또한 특성화고교 학생의 지각된 사회적 지지가 진로준비행동에 미치는 영향에서 학교선택 동기의 조절효과를 보고자 하였다. 이러한 목적을 위해 특성화고등학교 학생 392명이 연구에 참여하였다. 연구결과를 요약하면, 첫째, 상관분석 결과, 진로준비행동은 학교선택 당시의 내적 및 외적 동기와 모두 관련이 있었고, 진로신념 중 직업의 내적 가치, 진로와 자기능력에 대한 명확한 신념, 진로선택 및 직업세계에 대한 유연한 태도와 유의한 상관이 있었으며, 사회적 지지의 모든 하위 요소와 유의한 상관이 나타났다. 둘째, 진로준비행동에 대한 학교선택 동기, 진로신념, 사회적 지지의 상대적 예측력을 보기 위해 위계적 회귀분석을 실시한 결과, 진로신념의 하위 요인 중 명확성과 유연성이, 사회적 지지의 하위 요인 중 또래지지가 유의한 예측변인으로 나타났다. 마지막으로, 사회적 지지의 영향에 대한 학교선택 동기의 조절효과를 분석한 결과, 학교를 비자발적으로 선택한 학생의 경우에만 부모 및 교사지지가 진로준비행동에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 연구결과에 기초하여, 진로준비행동의 선행조건으로서 진로신념의 변화를 도모하고 학생들의 비자발적 동기를 내면화시킬 수 있는 교육활동의 필요성이 제기되었다. | - |
