- Abstract
- 최근 4차 산업혁명이라는 급변하는 사회 환경에서 기업의 지속가능한 성장을 위해 기업가정신의 중요성이 부각되고 있다. 이와 함께 많은 전통적인 비즈니스 기업은 새로운 비즈니스 환경에 적합한 경쟁력을 갖춘 플랫폼 비즈니스의 전환을 모색하고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 창업기업의 조직 특성(사회적 가치, 사회적 자본)과 인적자원관리(직원보상, 전문가 보유)가 사내기업가정신에 미치는 영향을 알아보고, 전통적인 비즈니스와 다른 플랫폼 비즈니스는 이러한 관계에 어떠한 차이가 있는지를 확인하고자 시도되었다. 실증분석 결과 직원보상은 사내기업가정신에 강한 영향관계로 나타났으며, 플랫폼 비즈니스에서는 전문가의 보유가 전통적인 비즈니스에서는 직원 보상이 사내기업가정신에 가장 강한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과는 플랫폼 비즈니스에서 사내기업가정신의 중요성을 확인하고 플랫폼 비즈니스의 경쟁력 강화를 위한 방안을 제시하는데 의의가 있다.
