- Abstract
- 본 연구는 사무금융직 노동조합 조합원 및 간부를 대상으로 노조몰입 및 노조참여와 그 대표적인 선행요인인 노조도구성인식과 친노조태도와의 관계를 분석하였다. 노조도구성인식과 친노조태도는 모두 노조몰입과 노조참여에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 이 두 선행변수와 노조참여와의 관계는 노조몰입을 매개하여 영향을 주는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 이는 일반적으로 조합원들이 노조를 바라보는 인식과 태도가 곧바로 노조활동참여에 영향을 주는 것이 아니라, 자신이 소속한 노조에 대한 몰입이 있어야만 참여행동으로 이어진다는 것을 의미한다. 이 연구의 실행적인 의미는 노조 활동가들이 조합원들의 노조활동 참여를 활성화시키기 위해서는 우선적으로 조합원들이 소속한 노동조합에 대한 신뢰를 축적하는 활도을 우선해야 함을 보여준다.
