- Abstract
- 본 연구는 현장의 요구를 반영한 통합교육 실행 매뉴얼 개발을 위한 기초연구로서 현장 교사 및 전문가들의 경험을 토대로 통합교육의 현실 및 지원요구를 조사하였다. 이를 위해 통합교육 경험이 있는 통합학급 교사, 초임 및 경력 특수교사, 교육전문가 각 6명으로 이루어진 4개 그룹을 대상으로 포커스그룹 면담을 실시하였고 모든 면담은 전사한 후 지속적 비교법을 사용하여 분석하였다. 분석결과 다음과 같이 7개의 대주제가 도출되었다: 1) 통합교육의 성과, 2) 통합교육의 성공 요인, 3) 교사 및 관리자의 역할, 4) 통합교육의 어려움, 5) 통합교육 지원 유형 및 지원 팁, 6) 통합교육 관련 지원요구, 7) 매뉴얼 내용 및 구성 관련 요구. 도출된 대주제 및 하위주제를 바탕으로 통합교육 실행 매뉴얼 개발 방향 및 유의점과 관련하여 다음과 같은 제언이 제시되었다: 1) 통합교육의 현실에 기반한 실행요소 파악, 2) 현장적용을 위한 보편성과 유연성의 조화, 3) 행정적․제도적 지원 내실화 노력과 병행.
