Abstract
Kinetic façade is the individual system that protects the building from various obstacles by responding or adjusting to expected changes in the environment to maintain minimum energy use and comfort. BIM based eco-friendly skin designs that provide protection of the building’s structure from the environment can be achieved by the use of a variety of objects. BIM based 3D analysis and check of user and ecological architectural space can be used as an interface for the design to react to recognize each other. Due to costs and existing environmental conditions, it is difficult to apply kinetic façade to new construction. However energy reduction in BIM based construction is possible if the plans for renovation simply apply the 3D BIM based kinetic façade and green remodeling skin design.
