사회적기업가 역량 모델링 및 교육체계 수립에 관한 연구: 경영전략 AFI Framework의 구성요소를 중심으로

| dc.description.abstract | 본 연구의 목적은 ‘사회적기업가 역량 모델링 및 교육체계 수립’에 있다. 연구 목적을 달성하기 위하여 먼저 사회적기업가 특성 및 정신, 역량기반 교육과정 개발 모형, 경영전략 AFI Framework에 대한 이론적 배경과 국내⋅외 사회적기업가 교육과정을 분석하였다. 이를 통하여 경영전략 관점에서 사회적기업가의 역량을 모델링하고 교육과정의 수준에 따라서 교육내용을 제안하였으며 교수방법과 교육평가 체계를 고찰하였다. 본 연구의 결과로 사회적기업가의 역량 범주를 ① 경영전반의 태도 역량과 ② 경영전략 단계별 지식⋅기술 역량으로 구분하였으며 지식⋅기술 역량을 다시 ②-1) 경영환경 분석 역량, ②-2) 경영전략 공식화 역량, ②-3) 경영전략 실행⋅성과예측⋅종합화 역량 등 총 4개 범주로 구분하여 하위에 47개의 역량요소를 제안하였다. 또한 사회적기업가 교육과정의 수준을 입문, 향상, 고급과정으로 나누어 각 단계에서 개발해야할 지식⋅기술, 태도의 교육내용을 설계하였으며 별도로 특별과정을 제안하였다. 그리고 각 지식⋅기술 및 태도의 교육내용별 교수방법을 제안하였다. 마지막으로 교육과정 4단계 평가 방법을 제시하였다. | - |
