- Abstract
- 대학생들의 자신에 대하여 인식하는 가치와 미래 직업에 대한 관심은 졸업 후 사회진출에 유의미한 영향을미칠 수 있다. 본 연구는 대학생들의 자존감과 희망직업에 대한 인지도가 이들의 구직조건 선호도에 미치는 영향을 한국교육고용패널 7차년도 자료를 바탕으로 분석하였다. 대학생들의 자존감과 희망직업에 대한 인지도가높아질수록 이들의 구직조건선호도에 긍정적인 영향을 미치고 있다. 자존감이 높은 대학생들이 희망직업에 대한 정보와 지식을 지니고 있으면 자존감이 낮은 대학생들과 비교하여 구직조건선호도에 긍정적인 영향을 미친다고 분석되었다. 본 연구의 분석결과는 대학생들의 자아에 대한 인식은 이들의 진로설정 및 개발에 중요한 역할을 하고 있음을 시사하고 있다.
