| dc.description.abstract | 이 연구에서는 메타분석을 활용하여 선행연구에 나타난 결혼이주여성의 결혼만족도와 관련변인들의 관계성을 통합하고, 결과에 따른 다문화 지원 정책의 방향성을 제안하였다. 결혼이주여성의 결혼만족도는 시부모와 긍정적 관계를 맺을 때 가장 유의미한 관계성을 가지며, 사회적 지지 역시 결혼만족도와 관계성이 높았다. 또 가족건강성을 높게 인식하고 자녀 양육관련 스트레스가 낮고 자녀 및 부부관계를 긍정적으로 인식할 때 결혼만족도가 높았다. 결혼만족도와 관계성이 매우 낮은 관련변인은 결혼이주여성의 학력과 연령, 배우자의 학력이다. 관계성이 적은 변인은 결혼이주여성과 배우자의 성역할 태도 및 인식과 결혼이주여성의 한국어능력, 결혼경로, 결혼기간이다. 그 외 결혼이주여성의 직업, 친정송금, 자녀수, 배우자의 연령 및 직업은 통계적으로 유의미하지 않았다. 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로 결혼이주여성의 결혼생활 적응 및 지원을 위한 실천적 논의는 다음과 같다. 시부모 대상 교육 및 고부 대상 다문화 상담 지원, 사회적 지지의 연계적 체계 구축, 생애주기별 교육지원, 자녀양육 교육과 상담 지원 및 자녀양육 지원 서비스가 확대되어야 한다. | - |
