| dc.description.abstract | 본 논문은 성과기반 책무성이 교육책무성의 정책 전형으로서 강조되고 있는 현 시점에서 공공행정 분야에서 다각도로 논의되고 있는 책무성의 개념과 유형, 논리구조와 관련 쟁점 등을 체계적으로 분석하고, 이에 기초하여 교육책무성의 개념모형과 연구방향을 탐색으로써 교육책무성의 미래적 발전 방향에 필요한 기초자료 확보와 제반 아이디어 형성에 기여하고자 하였다. 이를 위해서 우선적으로 책무성의 어원과 정의 및 유사개념을 살펴보고, 교육책무성과 공적 책무성 및 학교 책무성의 관계성을 확인하여 기존의 교육책무성 모형을 비판적으로 분석하였다. 또한 문헌상에 나타난 책무성의 유형과 쟁점(주인-대리이론, 내적 책무성과 외적 책무성의 조화 등)을 체계적으로 확인하여 교육책무성의 미래적 발전을 위한 참조적 아이디어를 제시하였다. | - |
