- Osteoporosis and Sarcopenia (Osteoporos Sarcopenia) is the official, peer-reviewed open-access journal of the Asian Federation of Osteoporosis Societies (AFOS). The journal aims to further research in the areas of osteoporosis, fracture, sarcopenia, frailty, metabolic bone diseases, mineral metabolism, as well as biology, physiology, and pathology of bone and muscle with a specific focus on Asian uniqueness in genetic, ethnic, social, and environmental differences. Despite the journal?s Asian focus, we welcome appropriate submissions from all over the world.
