사회성과보상사업(SIB) 인식조사 및 모델 연구

초록

Social Impact Bond(SIB) is emerging as an innovative model for solving social problems in that it can improve the performance and efficiency of projects while alleviating the government's financial burden by using private resources. This study suggests that various investors' participation and careful institutional design are necessary for the successful establishment and spread of SIB based on domestic conditions and the perception survey on SIB. To this end, this study categorizes SIB into a private, public, and mixed model. Each type has different characteristics in investment resources, compensation systems, and operational structures. It is expected that categorization of three models contributes to the more effective application of SIB to solving various social problems.
