王綿厚의 ‘長白山區系’論과 중국 長白山文化論의 현단계 -王綿厚의 『長白山區系考古與民族要論』(遼寧人民出版社, 2022)에 대한 분석을 중심으로-

초록

This article has analyzed a writing of Wang Mianhou(王綿厚), Archaeological Work on Changbai Mountain’s Regional System and Nationalities(长白山区系考古与民族要论), that was published in China in 2022. As a result of the analysis, this book not only succeed the discussions of so-called the “Theory of Changbai Mountain’s Culture(長白山文化論)” that is recently undertaken in the academic circle in China, but also buttressed in theory of the “Theory of Changbai Mountain’s Culture” through establishing the academic theory on the “Changbai Mountain’s Regional System(長白山區系)”. Furthermore, it is pointed out that the “Changbai Mountain’s Regional System” as presented in the book has revealed a number of issues as an academic principle. This book asserts its opinions that would significantly be in conflict with the perception on history in the academic circle in Korea in various topics. For example, “the perception on history regarding the Mandolin-shaped Bronze Daggers Culture(琵琶形銅劍文化) and Gojoseon(古朝鮮)”, “A View of History of Yemaek(濊貊) in Deconstructive Understanding” and others are expected to be unavoidable for academic conflict with the academic circle of Korea in the days to come. In this perspective, the Korean academic circle needs to pay close attention continuously how the “Changbai Mountain’s Regional System” theory that Wang Mianhou advocated succeed and advance in the Chinese academic circle.
