AI-경영학 융합전공을 위한 온라인 기반 교수설계 모형 개발

초록

The purpose of this study is to develop an online-based instructional design model for the AI and Business Administration interdisciplinary major and to examine the validity and feasibility of the model. With the spread of digital technology, practice-based interdisciplinary majors are expanding in higher education. Accordingly, a systematic approach that integrates AI technology into business education is required. This study proposed an instructional design model based on constructivist and connectivist learning theories, integrating problem-based learning, AI utilization practice, collaborative structures, feedback systems, and practical application elements. The model development was conducted by deriving initial components through a literature review and needs analysis targeting instructors and learners. The validity and clarity were verified through three rounds of Delphi surveys with eight experts. Furthermore, this study explored the possibility of expanding the instructor's role beyond that of a knowledge transmitter to a practical designer who coordinates complex learning experiences. This study is significant in that it presents an instructional design model suitable for the interdisciplinary major education environment, thereby laying the foundation for instructional design for integrated education among various majors in the future.
