에듀테크 활용 다문화교육 실행을 위한 촉진요인 탐색 : 교사 직무연수 사례중심으로

This study explores facilitating factors for implementing multicultural education using educational technology (EdTech), with a focus on teacher professional development. A training program featuring game-based platforms, generative AI, and interactive applications was conducted, and changes in teachers’ perceptions and attitudes toward EdTech were assessed through pre- and post-surveys (n = 30). Data were analyzed using SPSS 27 with descriptive statistics, t-tests, correlation, reliability, and stepwise regression analysis. Results showed significant improvements in perceptions and attitudes, with differences by technology use frequency. Teachers reported the highest intention to apply EdTech in multicultural education. Perceived usefulness was the strongest predictor of intention pre- and post-training, while technology efficacy emerged as an additional factor post-training. Findings suggest directions for effective teacher training design in the AI-driven educational landscape.
