초록

Regenerative cooling systems for hypersonic vehicles rely on endothermic fuel reactions, but coke deposition during pyrolysis compromises system stability. In this study, initiators and hydrogen donors were added as additives to suppress coke formation and enhance the endothermic performance of JP-7 type fuel. Experiments involved heat sink calculations based on input power; product analysis was conducted using gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS), gas chromatography- flame ionization detector (GC-FID), and gas chromatography-thermal conductivity detector (GC-TCD); and coke was measured by monitoring mass changes in the reactor and filter. The results demonstrated that blending additives improved the endothermic performance of JP-7 type fuel, while the degree of coke suppression varied with the additive combination. These outcomes are attributed to the process by which hydrogen donors stabilize the pyrolytic radicals initiated by DPS (Diphenyl selenide), with the degree of effectiveness varying with the characteristics of each hydrogen donor.
