대학생의 직업 선택에 대한 인식 연구: Q방법론 적용 사범대생을 중심으로

University Students’ Perception of Job Choice: Application of Q Methodology on the Students Majoring in Education

초록

This study uses Q methodology to understand the perception of career choice among university students majoring in education. Methods: 40 Q samples for career choice were ex- tracted and 55 students from the college of education were selected as P samples. Results: The students perceived career choice as five types. Type 1 had a strong will to become a teacher. Type 2 considered compensation important for working as performance-seeking. Type 3 thought self-fulfillment as the best value. Type 4 was welfare oriented. Type 5 was realistic and flexible when they chose their career. Conclusions: Based on the results, this study can provide meaningful data for guiding university students majoring in education as a career choice.
