독자 고려 관련 국내 작문 연구 동향 탐색 - 주제범위 문헌고찰

초록

This study aims to explore the trends of Korean writing research on audience awareness by utilizing a scoping review methodology. To this end, research questions were formulated, and studies related to audience awareness were retrieved from three domestic databases. The final data for analysis were confirmed to consist of 36 studies by applying the inclusion and exclusion criteria. Data were charted from the included studies using qualitative content analysis. Accordingly, the analysis was conducted based on the research participants, publication year, methods, primary topic, purpose, linguistic analysis, quantitative measurement, specification of intended readers, analyzed genres, and writing phases. Through this analysis, the following suggestions were derived regarding domestic writing research trends related to audience awareness. First, research must be diversified, as current studies are heavily concentrated in specific participant groups, genres, and writing phases. Second, an interdisciplinary approach is required, since audience awareness involves complex cognitive processes beyond the writing domain. Third, the number of studies focusing on audience awareness is steadily declining. Given its critical role in writing, revitalizing related research is essential.
