전자감독 직원의 관계갈등이 업무만족도에 미치는 영향: 직무자율성의 매개효과를 중심으로

The Impact of Interpersonal Conflicts on Job Satisfaction of Electronic Monitoring Officers: Focusing on the Mediating Effect of Job Autonomy

초록

This study explores strategies to enhance job satisfaction among probation officers dedicated to electronic monitoring, focusing on the structural relationship between Interpersonal conflict and job autonomy. Using survey data from 335 probation officers and PROCESS Macro Model 4 for mediation analysis, the findings revealed that perceived Interpersonal conflict increased job autonomy, which in turn positively affected job satisfaction. Job autonomy partially mediated this relationship. These results suggest that higher conflict levels may lead to greater autonomy and thus higher job satisfaction. Based on this, organizations should aim to manage conflict productively, strengthen job autonomy, and improve communication channels suited to the unique nature of electronic monitoring work.
