A Comparative Study on Perceptions of Competitiveness in Agricultural and Fishery Products Wholesale Markets

초록

As the consumer market continues to evolve rapidly, agricultural and fishery products wholesale markets must adapt to these changes to maintain their role and remain competitive. This study aims to identify key priorities for improving and developing these markets. To achieve this, surveys and in-depth interviews were conducted with distributors in agricultural and fishery products wholesale markets and employees of large retailers. The analysis focused on five key factors: quality, price, logistics, supply, and service competitiveness. By identifying the most urgent areas for improvement, this study seeks to enhance the overall competitiveness of agricultural and fishery products wholesale markets. Ultimately, it provides a foundation for developing strategies and measures to strengthen their comprehensive distribution functions, enabling them to respond swiftly and effectively to changes in the consumer market.
