The importance of sports in modern society is increasing day by day. In human daily life, sports have been a means of maintaining health. Then, as it established itself as a leisure activity that can be enjoyed as sports, sports spread internationally at a rapid pace due to the development of technology through various media. In this way, as sports go beyond the scope of simple leisure activities and affect a country's national culture and furthermore internationally, its value is enhanced, resulting in doubling the development of sports. As sports take up a large proportion and increase in importance, the problem of violence occurring in the field of sports is being seriously revealed. In sports culture, because of vertical inequality, violence against sports players is a widespread reality and a serious problem. Therefore, the violent culture is prominently displayed through the remarks of sports players, and accordingly, the status of the sports world is concerned. In relation to sports violence, various definitions of sports violence appear according to the perspective of looking at sports violence. Although the field of sports has a lot of interest, the concept of violence is lacking academically because sports violence is generally constituted based on the definition of violence. Because sports violence has a great influence on psychological effects, it is necessary to concretely conceptualize the meaning of sports violence. In addition, situations in which human rights are ignored and sacrifices are exacerbated by the violence of sports players. It is not easy to change the perception that many people have because it is a practice that has been continued so far. However, if the laws related to sports are specifically stipulated and established to guarantee and realize the human rights of sports players by bringing about a change in distorted perception, the impact of sports on the country will be significant. Since it is an important task to analyze and resolve the causes of sports violence for the development of sports, the improvement of laws and systems and sports ethics to recognize and prevent sports violence as a serious crime that violates the basic rights of sports persons under the constitution Education must be implemented as a necessity.
