초록

『JogyesanSonggwangsago(曹溪山松廣寺寺庫)』is a historical record of Songgwangsa Temple. Although 『史庫(Sago)』 was carried out within the Buddhist policy of the Japanese colonial government of Joseon, it was an opportunity to establish the identity of our Buddhist history. Although it was only the history and culture of one temple, it organized Buddhist thought, practice, and religious traditions based on history, people, and sacred cultural assets. 『史庫Sasago)』 is the largest volume of temple records compiled at the same time, and its system is also highly complete. 『史庫Sasago)』 introduced the values ​​of Korean Buddhism through the traces of National Master Bojo-Jinul(普照知訥) and the 16 State Preceptors, and Joseon's records promoted the inheritance of Bojo Jinul's practice tradition. The various documents included in 『史庫Sasago)』 are also of high value as research materials as they allow us to examine the status of Songgwangsa Temple in Goryeo and Joseon, as well as the temple economy, disputes, and changes. sacred cultural assets such as the pavilion, Buddha statues, and Buddhist paintings tell the story of the temple’s prosperity and decline. The main compilers, Geummyeong Bojeong(錦溟寶鼎, 1861~ 1930), Yongeun Wanseop(龍隱完燮, 1899~1975), Kisan Seokjin(綺山錫珍, 1892~1968), and Yulam Chanui(栗庵讚儀), are also representative figures in the history of modern and contemporary Korean Buddhism. They tried to restore the tradition of missionary studies built up by the teachers of Goryeo and Joseon, and were active in renovating the decayed temple and preserving its status as a Buddhist temple. In addition, he attempted to preserve the historical materials of Songgwangsa Temple through research and collection of materials for more than 30 years, and these records played a decisive role in compiling 『史庫(Sasago)』
