인지전 시대의 AI 정보전략 : 팔란티어(Palantir)의 AI 인텔리전스 사례를 중심으로

초록

This study examines AI information strategies in the era of cognitive warfare through an analysis of Palantir’s intelligence systems. Palantir’s AIP and GAIA integrate and analyze large-scale data in real time to generate cognitive situational awareness, realizing “the design of perception” and “the control of decision.” While such AI systems enhance national security efficiency, they also raise concerns over surveillance and human rights. Accordingly, this study proposes a Korean AI Intelligence Strategy(K-INTEL) that emphasizes technological autonomy, ethics, and transparent data governance. K-INTEL seeks to establish a cognitive-centric security paradigm by integrating AI platforms responsive to cognitive warfare with responsible and democratic data frameworks.
