성폭력범죄 전자감독대상자의 준수사항 위반행동에 미치는 영향요인 연구

초록

This study attempted to confirm how major factors affect the dependent variable based on each theory by using the latent growth model from a longitudinal perspective with compliance violation behavior as the dependent variable. Independent variables were extracted based on demographic variables, suppression theory, social bond theory, social reintegration theory, and psychological perspective, respectively. For the research analysis, descriptive statistical analysis and correlation analysis for each variable were preliminarily conducted, and finally, the potential growth model was used. The analysis of the latent growth model consists of a total of three stages. In the first stage, the average development trajectory of the dependent variable was analyzed, and in the second stage, a temporally fixed independent variable was analyzed. Step 3 was analyzed by inputting time-variable variables into the final model of this study. As a result of the analysis, among the time-fixed variables, the period of attachment to the electronic device had a positive (+) relationship with the initial value of the development trajectory of compliance violation behavior, and the total number of convictions showed a significant effect in both the initial value, the change rate, and the secondary term. Among time-variable variables, it was analyzed that parental relationship, livelihood stability, and the number of times of guidance and supervision by the officer in charge had a significant relationship. This study has limitations in that the average trajectory of the dependent variable was analyzed, but nevertheless, it was intended to verify the factors influencing the compliance violation behavior of sexual assault crime electronic supervision subjects from a longitudinal perspective, electronic devices It is significant that time-variable variables that change during the attachment period were used as the main variables.
