초록

The media continues to sensationalize cases of odd-motivated crimes, sometimes sensationalizing those who commit violent crimes due to mental illness, and raising public anxiety. While the overall number of violent crimes is gradually decreasing, the number of crimes committed by mentally ill offenders is increasing. Increased workloads have led to a need to increase the professionalism of the staff in charge. The purpose of this study is to identify the difficulties and opinions of field staff in these difficulties and to find improvements that reflect them.
