초록

This study investigates how social economy organizations' strong pursuit of social value results in unstable non-institutional survival rather than institutionalized innovation. Based on a qualitative analysis of the <Healthy Safe Housing> case in Nowon-gu (2023~2025), this study conceptualizes this trajectory as a third path of 'precarious non-institutionalized survival', neither failure nor success. The formation process is as follows. First, the institutional void within an immature organizational field served as the context. Second, the clash between the organization’s community logic and the government’s bureaucratic logic led to a failure in securing institutional legitimacy. Third, a distorted co-production structure relying on internal bonding capital was formed. This intensified the paradox of embeddedness, exhausting organizational resources. Ultimately, this study elucidates the paradox of idealism, where moral ideals paradoxically act as structural constraints.
