초록

The purpose of this study is to find out about the experience of mixed futsal, activate mixed futsal based on this, and prepare basic data to expand the scope of research related to mixed futsal. To achieve the purpose of the study, a total of 10 people were selected as study participants using the purposive sampling method. The interview method consisted of semi-structured interview questions and open-ended questions that allowed participants to freely talk about their experience, and the results of the study are as follows. First, it was found that the reasons for starting mixed futsal were the influence of the media, the formation of various human networks, and the freedom and curiosity of participation. Second, it was found that the most important part in mixed futsal was the team atmosphere and the participant's disposition. Third, to promote mixed futsal, differentiated training programs, systematic game systems, and formalization of couples' hobbies. It was found that community activation was necessary. men and women said that besides futsal, sharing various hobbies or smooth operation of team SNS would be helpful. In particular, they responded that if futsal is formalized as a hobby that couples can do together, it will be more active. The reason this study is meaningful is that although mixed futsal is popular and the number of participants is increasing, there is no research related to this and that the emotional and psychological experiences of those who have experienced mixed futsal are analyzed and presented. Therefore, if research continues, it is thought that it will be able to contribute to the popularization of mixed futsal and the expansion of the base in the future.
