Q 방법론을 활용한 교사-학생 관계에 대한 교사의 주관적 인식 연구

초록

This study investigated the types of subjective perceptions that elementary school teachers hold regarding teacher–student relationships and analyzes the defining characteristics of each type. Statements related to teacher–student relationships were gathered through a review of the relevant literature and in-depth interviews, from which a final set of 34 Q-sample statements were constructed. Twenty-six elementary school teachers were selected as the P-sample and engaged in Q-sorting. The data was analyzed in accordance with Q-factor analytic procedures using the KADE (Ken Q Analysis Desktop Edition) program. Based on these findings, the study presents implications for relational practices that reflect the distinctive features of each perception type. The results provide foundational evidence for understanding and enacting teacher–student relationships from the perspective of subjective perception within elementary education contexts.
