정책·거버넌스 분야 연구의 미래 방향 탐색: 혼성 거버넌스와 정책디자인을 중심으로

초록

Despite the heated debates and in-depth analyses of hybrid governance (or hybrid organizations) and policy design within the Western public administration field and policy studies community, there is relatively little discussion of the topic in Korean academia. This paper aims to provide a basic understanding and an essential conceptual starting point for revitalizing the discourse of exploring future directions of research in the field of policy and governance by comprehensively reviewing the key contents of hybrid governance and policy design, related issues, and future research agendas that have emerged as academic issues in the field of Western public administration. This attempt should be viewed as a proactive effort to engage the academic community for academic growth and knowledge development in educational administration.
