외국인 유학생의 연등회 불교문화 체험 프로그램에 대한 만족도 및 요구 분석- D대학교의 사례를 중심으로 -

초록

The purpose of this study is to analyze the satisfaction and needs of international students from Asia through The Yeon Deung Hoe Buddhist cultural experiences. This study aims to establish basic research data to help them adapt to Korean culture and to establish a direction for effective dissemination of Buddhist culture. The Yeon Deung Hoe is an important cultural symbol that integrates traditional Korean culture and Buddhist philosophy, providing students with an opportunity to deeply understand Korean society. To achieve this, a satisfaction and needs survey was conducted based on the experiences of Asia international students participating in the festival. The analysis of the collected statistics and data confirmed that the Yeon Deung Hoe experience program positively impacts the understanding of Buddhist culture. It was also found that the experiential activities significantly influenced the satisfaction with the event. These results reaffirm the importance of Buddhist culture experiential education in the process of adapting to life in Korea for international students. This study can be seen as providing an opportunity to contribute to promoting Korean traditional culture to the world.
