초록

This study analyzes user acceptance intention toward digital therapeutics (DTx) and examines factors influencing acceptance intention. Methods: A theoretical review and empirical survey were conducted. A digital therapeutics acceptance model was proposed by integrating the Extended Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT2) and the Model of Innovation Resistance (MIR). Results: The key UTAUT2 variables of hedonic motivation and price value had a significant positive influence on users' intention to accept digital therapeutics. Conversely, the MIR variables of economic risk and privacy risk were found to negatively affect acceptance intention (5). Conclusion: These findings suggest that emotional engagement and perceived cost are critical for DTx acceptance intention, while privacy and financial concerns act as resistance factors. This study contributes to expanding DTx acceptance intention by identifying psychological drivers and barriers.
