The goal is to provide actionable insights for curriculum enhancement. A total of 383 syllabus from the Department of Industrial Management at K University (2022–2024) were analyzed using text mining techniques such as keyword frequency analysis and topic modeling. Focus group interviews with three faculty members further validated and refined the findings. The analysis highlighted digital transformation, data analysis, and customized marketing strategies as key components of the curriculum. Recommendations include introducing courses on data and digital skills, strengthening practice-oriented project-based learning (PBL), and integrating interdisciplinary subjects to promote convergence and complex thinking. This study is notable for utilizing big data-based text mining techniques to analyze the curriculum. It also presents a data-driven improvement model, showcasing how universities can adapt their curricula to meet evolving industrial demands effectively.
