초록

To anlayze aspects of domestic books on Enneagram coaching, this study conducted a content analysis of 15 such books. The analysis revealed the following findings: First, the earliest book was published in 2010, with the number of books by domestic authors increasing over time, although initial publications were mostly translations. Second, the scope of content was divided into ‘Enneagram,’ ‘Coaching,’ and ‘Enneagram Coaching.’ While all books addressed the unique aspects of Enneagram, few covered the unique concepts of coaching, and some did not include coaching concepts as they are commonly understood in coaching studies. Third, the target of the books was analyzed as ‘coaching, counseling, and education experts’ and ‘non-experts,’ and the focus of the books included ‘professional competency development’ as well as ‘child rearing and education,’ ‘promoting relationships within the organization,’ and ‘self-exploration and self-realization.’ These results provide both practical and academic implications for Enneagram coaching.
