상용 혈액투석기의 요독물질 제거 성능

초록
In this experiment, a laboratory-scale hemodialysis device was constructed, and the characteristics of the hemodialyzer manufactured by domestic company were verified. The hemodialysis membrane used for the hemodialyzer was a Polyethersulfone (PES) hollow fiber membrane with pore sizes ranging from approximately 0.01 µm to 0.2 µm, featuring an outer diameter of about 270 µm and an inner diameter of about 200 µm. The housing of the hemodialyzer was made from Polycarbonate material incorporating approximately 9,600 to 12,000 hollow fiber membranes. Three types of hemodialyzers with varying membrane surface areas were used to evaluate structural strength, water permeability characteristics, and the removal efficiency of urea, which is the primary uremic toxin. The concentration of removed urea was analyzed using total organic carbon (TOC) analysis, and the hemodialyzer with the largest membrane surface area of 1.8 m2 achieved a urea removal rate of approximately 98.3% within one hour.
