은유 이동 사건의 위계적 사상-확장 개념적 은유를 중심으로-

초록

The purpose of this study is to show that the most recent conceptual metaphor methodology can be applied to the study of Korean Motion Events in Cognitive Linguistics. Metaphorical Motion Events understand the non-spatial relations presented by abstract fields understand motion meanings. Conceptualizers form Metaphorical Motion Events by conceptualizing non-moving scenes based on internal structure and spatial logic. In Korean, Metaphorical Motion Events are constructed on four hierarchies: schema mappings, frame mappings, component mappings and mental space. The frame mapping level in Korean is represented by the syntax of moving verbs, causative and passive verbs, case markers, aspect markers, etc. Based on Kövecses(2020) recent insights on Conceptual Metaphors, this paper examines metaphorical linguistic expressions that appear in news texts. In Motion Events, the phenomenon of conceptualization of target domains for sensory, object, commercial, emotional, and temporal is investigated. As such, The mechanism of hierarchical mapping of Metaphorical Motion Events in Korean is explained. This paper provides a new perspective on the study of conceptual metaphors in Korean.
