여성 반영웅 캐릭터와 그 서사 구조에 대한 연구 -OTT 드라마 <더 글로리 1,2>를 중심으로-

초록

The utilization rate of the domestic OTT industry continues to expand, and a large number of important and attractive types of female characters have appeared in the content industry. Focusing on the trends of the cultural content industry, this study focuses on female anti-hero characters, focusing on the Netflix original drama <The Glory 1 and 2> and the contents streaming on the OTT platform. First, the introduction seeks the necessity and direction of this study in the order of the purpose and background of the study, the method of the study, and the preceding research. The main body first defines hero characters, anti-hero characters, and non-hero characters. After that, the type and role of the anti-hero character are identified. After that, in order to intensively explore female anti-hero characters, an analysis methodology is constructed based on five works streaming on the OTT platform. Next, Mundong, an anti-hero character in "The Glory 1 and 2", analyzes the character in 12 stages of Christopher Bogler's hero narrative structure. Finally, the conclusion suggests the emergence and value-based significance of female anti-hero characters based on the process of change in female characters interpreted through prior research. After that, it points out the limitations and problems of the female-centered narrative structure and characters, and seeks solutions. As a result, the emergence of various types of female characters and narrative structures that deviate from the existing typical gender roles can advocate for subjective and progressive women. This presents correct values away from gender stereotypes and builds new possibilities for the media industry.
