데이트폭력 수사관의 직무태도에 관한 탐색적 연구- 수도권 경찰을 중심으로-

초록

The incidents of dating violence crime has been increasing recently and the media continues to criticize that the police's reaction for victim protections is insufficient. This study conducted an exploratory study on the job attitude of police officer in charge of dating violence. For this, the study recruited 15 detectives from police stations in the metropolitan area who had experienced in handling dating violence incidents. The study conducted in-depth face-to-face interviews for more than 60 minutes per participant. As a result, it was found that detectives in charge of dating violence cases had a negative attitude toward the incidents while handling, and their involvement in their duties had decreased as job experiences had been built. This change in job attitudes was appeared to be related to the insufficient perceived organizational support (POS) as well. The limitation and implication of this study was discussed.
