AI 심리·지능검사 서비스의 사용자 경험(UX)과 지역 상담 연계 모델에 대한 연구 - 서울시 관악구를 중심으로 -

This study applies artificial intelligence (AI) technology to overcome the accessibility limits of traditional psychological testing and counseling. It analyzes user experience (UX) in AI-based psychological and intelligence testing and develops a counseling linkage model. The “Imomtae” app objectively diagnoses children’s psychological and cognitive development and automatically interprets results through AI. Applied in a Gwanak-gu elementary school project, it improved mental health management efficiency. Yet, limitations remain, including restricted test items, weak result management, and insufficient follow-up counseling. From October 2024 to July 2025, in-depth interviews with 15 users were conducted in three steps—experience sharing, keyword extraction, and feedback—to identify user insights. Findings showed benefits such as better understanding of children and convenience, but also difficulty interpreting results, repetitive content, and lack of post-support. Based on these results, a layered mental health model was proposed in Jung-gu, Seoul, integrating AI-based screening, professional counseling, and crisis intervention. The study emphasizes the need for a sustainable regional linkage system including data protection, case management, and counselor training. Combining AI technology with UX-centered design, this study presents a new model for regional mental health management.
