조선 후기 개성부의 문관 교수직 유지에 관한 일 연구 -『승정원일기』의 인사 기록을 중심으로-

According to this paper, in the late Joseon Dynasty, most regions of the country did not send Gyosu to the provinces after the appointment of Jeonju Gyosu on March 22 in the 6th year of King Sukjong (1680). In the case of Jeju, more Gyosu were dispatched for a while due to regional specificity, but no more Gyosu were dispatched after January 26 in 1712 (the 38th year of King Sukjong's reign). By the end of King Sukjong in the early 18th century, the central government's dispatch of local official Gyosu was completely stopped, but in the case of Gaeseong-bu, even after the publication of Sokdaejeon, the civil official Gyosu continued until Heoguk (許㥌) on March 21 of the 14th year of King Cheoljong (1863). Accordingly, this paper summarized the appointment status of Gaeseong Gyosu for each order of reign, focusing on the personnel records of the SeungjeongwonIlgi, and secured a list of 64 Gaeseong-Gyosu. In addition, it was confirmed that all Gaeseong-Gyosu appointed after the 15th year of King Yeongjo (1739) were civil officials from Gaeseong-bu. Further review and discussion are needed in various aspects in the future as to the background and reason for the maintenance of civil official Gyosu in Gaeseong-bu, the only city in the country since the Sokdaejeon system.
