성주류화 정책 리터러시가 사회적기업의 일-가정 양립 제도의 성과에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구:성인지예산 및 성별영향평가제도 인지를 중심으로

초록

In the early 2000s, gender mainstreaming policies such as gender budgeting and gender impact assessment systems were introduced to realize the country's gender equality task. Although the gender mainstreaming policies has been implemented and operated, there have been ongoing concerns about their effectiveness. In particular, it has been pointed out that there is a lack of public awareness of gender budgeting and gender impact assessment systems. This means that literacy in gender mainstreaming policies is low. This study analyzes the impact of performance of social enterprises' work-family balance system. The result shows that the gender mainstreaming policy literacy affects the effective operation of flexible work and parental leave systems by increasing the level of work-family balance management activities.
