초록

This study analyzed household wastes from the standpoint of resources, and designed TRASH TREASURE, a serious game for environmental education. A character is a critical factor to lead a serious game. The resource recycling process of household wastes is learned through characters appearing in the game. In addition, in terms of utilization of waste resource, resource circulation processes, including collection process, waste separation process, and the process of converting wastes to energy, were implemented in the game.
