Due to the corrections made to the above figures, the results are also updated as follows; Page 373: line 1 to 3 Figs. 3, 5, 7 and 9 show the errors of the non-dimensionalized natural frequencies of the CC shell obtained by using the SA, LT, RS, FLF, and VL theories relative to those obtained by the FLH theory. These figures show that the errors of the LT theory are relatively large but become negligibly small as β decreases. Page 374: line 3 to 5 Figs. 19, 21, 23 and 25 show the errors of the non-dimensionalized natural frequencies of the CF shell obtained by using the SA, LT, RS, FLF, and VL theories relative to those obtained by using the FLH theory.
