초록
This thesis focuses on the phenomenon of semantic expansion from the perspective of conceptual metonymy, conceptual metaphor and category metaphor, and examines the semantic expansion form of Chinese and Korean “blood”, in order to analyze the universality and relativity between the two languages. Through the analysis of the phrase of the two languages and based on the semantic expansion of conceptual metonymy, the cognition of “blood” in Korea and China is similar, and the experience of “blood” extends to the field of emotion, which is a semantic expansion based on the proximity of cause and effect. At the same time, the functional proximity of “blood” expands into the essential realm. At the same time, because of the different cultural differences derived from the linguistic circles of the two countries, there are differences in specific expressions. Based on the semantic extension of categorical metaphor, it can be confirmed that there is a direct correlation in the extension of “blood” as the benchmark to the “animal domain, behavior domain, the abstract domain”, and it can be considered that the “blood” as the center extends from the concrete domain to the non-human domain.
