대학생의 진로개발역량 형성 과정 연구

초록

This study aimed to identify the process of forming a career development competencies of the university students and found the meaning of their experiences in depth. We used a tool for evaluating career development competencies of university students and selected the 5 university students having high career development competencies. After that, we conducted in-depth interviews with them. Utilizing the phenomenological research method, we found the core elements of common experiences in the process of forming a career development competencies and constructed its meaning structure. The result first show that the process of forming a career development competencies of the university students could be divided into a investigation period and exploration period according to the level of experience and emotion, which showed dynamic connection and systemic evolvement. Second, we found the meaning of their experiences in each period of forming a career development competencies. Those were 'exploring career information independently' , 'getting career clues through conversation', 'if it was me? imagining the career', 'doing the career activities together', 'overcoming the great shock', 'feedback awakening my value', ' pleasure in pain'. In particular, we could find more diverse career development competencies in exploration period, which composed of 'challenge-response-rechallenge'. Most of the experiences of this period involved the characteristics of informal learning. Based on these results, we discussed suggestions for a follow-up study as a conclusion.
