텍스트마이닝을 활용한 아동학대 보호체계에 관한 학술연구 분석

초록

As social interest in child abuse grows, discussions to protect children are also increasing. In this paper, Text mining techniques were used to confirm whether the strenghtened measures regard child abuse implemented in January 2021 affected the trend of academic research on the child abuse protection system. The analysis results are as follows. First, looking at the TF-IDF figures, the frequency of keywords related to measures to strengthen child abuse responses, such as ‘report’, ‘punishment’, and ‘response’, has increased in papers since 2021. Second, it was found that through topic modeling, research trends shifted from the human rights and welfare of victims to reporting and punishment of abuse perpetrator. Third, as a result of network analysis, it was confirmed that the importance of the keyword “abuse” has been strengthened over “child” after 2021. In conclusion, academic research on the child abuse protection system seems to have been discussed focusing on the criminal justice system compared to the previous one. The implications and limitations of this study were addressed in the conclusion.
