보호관찰 현장에서 과학기술의 활용가능성

초록

Today, our society enjoys various benefits due to the advancement of science and technology. However, as the pace of development gradually accelerates, it is difficult for the development of the social system to keep up with it. In particular, in the case of probation, which has suffered from chronic problems such as a lack of manpower and budget, the application of cutting-edge technology as a solution is urgent. Therefore, this study examined cutting-edge technologies that can be utilized in the field of probation and their applicability. Major cutting edge technologies include artificial intelligence (AI), systems, algorithms and encryption techniques based on theoretical research, and applied computational science. The applicability was examined by dividing them into four areas: general probation, attendance orders, investigation systems, and electronic supervision. Based on this, it is hoped that it will contribute to improving the efficiency and effectiveness of probation work and ensuring the safety of society in the long term, and it is hoped that future research will explore appropriate solutions to problems that may arise from the application of cutting-edge technologies.
