초록

CPTED is a theory that improves the quality of life by reducing the fear of crime by operating a safe city as a preliminary defense space construction principle. Goyang-si tried to solve local problems through residents' participation as a Living Lab task to discover smart city problems. From May to October 2022, Living Lab's mechanism and design thinking methodology were used to improve the safety and environment of the old downtown area in Ilsan 2-dong. Problems through field surveys were discovered, and five priority areas were specified and designated. Through the organization of the problem discovery team by consulting FGI, the solution resolution team, the Ilsan 2-dong Resident leader, the Ilsan The police department, and the head of the Urban Regeneration Center. Lighting technology, which has been mentioned as a major technology, is a dimming system that increases the efficiency of safety and the environment for the region and society. As a result of the demonstration test, the difference in the luminance of the logo project, the luminance of the logo project, the illuminance of the LED security light, and the luminance of the LED security light were clear before and after detecting the movement, and it also saved electric energy compared to the existing discharge light. Residents on their way home responded positively with high satisfaction such as 96% awareness of brightness improvement, 90% safety, and 87% clarity in the satisfaction survey.
