자폐성 장애 자녀를 둔 아버지에 관한 국내·외 연구동향 분석

초록

Purpose: This study systematically analyzed domestic and international research trends related to fathers of children with autism spectrum disorder(ASD) to comprehensively understand fathers’ parenting experiences, roles, support, and needs. Method: This study analyzed 48 domestic and international papers published between 2015 and 2024, examining the parenting experiences and challenges of fathers of children with ASD. The literature review was conducted based on annual research trends, research methodology, participant characteristics, and major keywords. Result: The analysis of key themes in the reviewed studies identified four main topics: (1) parenting stress and psychological burden, (2) lack of social and institutional support and the need for improvement, (3) changes in family roles and the importance of spousal collaboration, and (4) the relationship between fathers’ parenting involvement and children’s developmental outcomes. Conclusion: Future research should explore fathers’ experiences across diverse cultural backgrounds and develop a more comprehensive support system.
